The following defined terms apply throughout this Agreement. Where the context requires, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of the Kopi77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout membership:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use the Platform in any capacity. Kopi77 strictly prohibits gambling by minors. Any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
21+ Only. The Kopi77 Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. We conduct age verification as part of our KYC process. Any user found to be underage will have their account permanently closed and all funds handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
You must confirm that accessing and using the Kopi77 Platform is not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws pertaining to online gambling. Kopi77 does not provide legal advice and makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under compulsion, duress, or as an agent of any third party without their express written authorisation. By registering, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and for your own account.
Each individual is permitted to hold a single Account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must promptly update this information if it changes. Kopi77 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all information provided at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication codes with any third party. Kopi77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
Your Account is personal to you and must not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You must not permit any other individual to access or use your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account will be attributed to you and you remain fully responsible for all transactions made using your credentials.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Kopi77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes. This licence does not extend to commercial exploitation of the Platform or any of its content.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Platform by any third party. You must not use the Platform in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Platform or impairment of its availability or accessibility.
All games available on the Kopi77 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, Sic Bo, sports betting markets, and arcade titles — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer operations conducted by licensed studio operators. Game outcomes are determined solely by the applicable game rules and RNG systems. Kopi77 does not manipulate game outcomes for any reason.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest error in any game or odds display, Kopi77 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund the applicable stake amounts. We accept no liability for losses resulting from technical faults beyond our reasonable control.

Bank transfer deposits via FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following sufficient on-chain confirmations, typically within 15–30 minutes. Kopi77 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
You warrant that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources and are entirely owned by you. You must not deposit funds obtained from illegal activity. Kopi77 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks on deposits at any time and to suspend or restrict accounts pending satisfactory documentation.
Withdrawals are available to Members who have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) met all applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds; (c) a confirmed Real Money Balance available for withdrawal; and (d) an Account in good standing with no active fraud or compliance review.
Kopi77 endeavours to process withdrawal requests promptly. Indicative processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — typically 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals — typically 15 to 60 minutes; cryptocurrency withdrawals — typically 15 to 30 minutes following transaction submission. These times are indicative and may be affected by peak demand, KYC requirements, or banking system availability.
Kopi77 operates a withdrawal method matching policy. Winnings derived from funds deposited via a specific payment method must be withdrawn via the same payment method wherever technically feasible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and ensure audit trail integrity.
Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily, weekly, and monthly maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary by Member tier. Current limits are displayed in the Withdrawal section of your Account. Gold VIP Members benefit from elevated withdrawal limits and priority processing.
All promotions and bonuses offered by Kopi77 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to eligible registered Members only and may not be combined with other concurrent offers unless specifically permitted.
All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 25x wagering requirement requires RM2,500 in total qualifying wagers before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate.
Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus mechanics — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated wagering with other users to meet requirements artificially, or using automated tools — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Kopi77 reserves the right to void bonus funds, forfeit associated winnings, and terminate the Account of any Member found to be engaging in bonus abuse.
Kopi77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Kopi77 further reserves the right to decline the award of any bonus to any Member in its sole discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Kopi77 Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions may result in immediate Account suspension or termination and forfeiture of all balances:
Fraud & AML Compliance: Kopi77 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) regulations. We are required by law to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Accounts suspected of involvement in financial crime will be frozen pending investigation and reported to law enforcement agencies.

Where a Member fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe, or where submitted documents reveal ineligibility (including but not limited to underage status or residency in a Prohibited Territory), Kopi77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the Account and to withhold or return deposited funds in accordance with applicable regulations.
All content, materials, trademarks, service marks, logos, and intellectual property on the Kopi77 Platform — including but not limited to the Kopi77 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, software, and written content — are the exclusive property of Kopi77 or its licensed third-party suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, transmitted, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any purpose without the prior written consent of Kopi77. You are granted a limited licence to access and view Platform content solely for personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not include any rights to sub-license, modify, or create derivative works.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kopi77 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Kopi77's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Kopi77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Platform or any feature thereof at any time without notice.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: By using the Kopi77 Platform, you acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you wager. Kopi77 accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred by Members. You are solely responsible for your gambling decisions.
Members may close their Account at any time by contacting the Kopi77 support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account (above the minimum withdrawal threshold and subject to pending wagering requirement completion) will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's registered payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Kopi77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without notice, in the event of: breach of any provision of this Agreement; fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct; failure to complete KYC verification; reasonable suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing; or at Kopi77's sole discretion in the interests of platform integrity.
Upon termination for cause, Kopi77 reserves the right to withhold any remaining Account Balance, void pending wagers, and forfeit any accrued Bonus Funds. Kopi77 will handle any remaining Real Money Balance in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Termination does not affect any rights or liabilities accrued prior to the date of termination.
Kopi77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email or a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted, construed, and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws governing the jurisdiction in which Kopi77 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be referred to Kopi77's customer support team for resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration tribunal in the applicable jurisdiction.
